Lady Gaga is back with a new album, “Mayhem”, and it’s a return to her dark dance-pop roots. The album features the singles “Disease” and “Abracadabra”, but the standout track is “Blade of Grass”, a beautiful piano ballad about eternal love.
Gaga co-wrote the song with her fiancé, Michael Polansky, and it’s a special one. The idea came from a romantic moment in their backyard, where Polansky asked Gaga what she’d want if he proposed. She said he could just wrap a blade of grass around her finger.
